These Terms form a binding agreement between you and EMBER. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

Our products & dietary-supplement disclaimer

EMBER Marrow is an ancestral bone-marrow dietary supplement. It is a food, not a medicine, and is intended only to support general wellness.

  • These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Bone marrow naturally contains purines. If you have gout, take blood thinners, have a medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing, consult your doctor before taking EMBER.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, a pricing error, or a violation of these Terms. Card payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card numbers.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

If you choose a subscription, you are enrolling in a recurring order that renews automatically until you cancel.

  • By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method before each shipment at the price and frequency shown when you subscribed.
  • We will charge your payment method on file ahead of each renewal, and your next order will then ship on its scheduled date.
  • You can skip, reschedule, change, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account before your next renewal date. Changes must be made before an order is processed to apply to that order.
  • Subscription prices may change; if they do, we will give you notice before the change takes effect so you can review or cancel.

Shipping & returns

Orders are fulfilled and delivered according to our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and Returns information. Please review those policies, as they form part of these Terms.

Promotions & the 365-day guarantee

From time to time we offer promotions, bundles, and discounts, which may have their own terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless we say so. Our 365-day, every-order guarantee means that if EMBER isn't working for you, you can email us within 365 days of any order for a refund of that order — even if the bottle is empty. The guarantee is described in full in our Refund Policy, which controls in the event of any conflict.

Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, product names, photography, and design — are owned by EMBER or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. The EMBER name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without our consent.

Prohibited uses
