Every EMBER order is packed and shipped with care. Here's exactly how and when your bone marrow capsules reach your door — and what we'll do if anything goes sideways along the way.
Order processing
We ship fast. Orders placed before our daily cutoff ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is received, and a second email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order over $50, and always free on subscriptions — no minimum, no exceptions. For one-time orders under $50, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days once your order has shipped, depending on your destination. The day your package leaves our facility, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way. Delivery windows are estimates from the carrier and can shift slightly during peak periods or severe weather.
Subscriptions
Your subscription ships on the cadence that matches your plan — every 30, 60, or 90 days. Each renewal is charged to your payment method just before the shipment goes out, so your supply arrives before you run low. You're always in control:

Who fulfils your order
Every order is fulfilled and dispatched by EMBER. Your packing slip and tracking will always show EMBER as the sender.
International orders
We currently ship to select countries worldwide. Where international shipping is available, it's calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient, as they're set by your local customs authority — not by EMBER.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in a few days, or a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, reach out and we'll make it right. Email hello@emberandbody.com with your order number and we'll track it down, file a claim, or send a replacement — whatever it takes to get EMBER into your hands.
