EMBER works the way your great-grandmother's food did — over weeks and months, not overnight. So we give you a full year to feel it. If you don't, every order comes back. Here's exactly how that promise works.
How the 365-day guarantee works
Take EMBER daily and give it a real chance. If at any point within a full year you're not feeling easier mornings — or you simply want your money back for any reason at all — we'll refund you. It's the simplest promise in the category: a full year to feel it, or every order back.
What's eligible
The guarantee applies to every order you place with us — your first box, every reorder, and every subscription renewal. You have 365 days from the delivery date of each order to request a refund on it. Opened or unopened makes no difference; you're covered either way.

How refunds are issued
Refunds always go back to the original payment method used at checkout — the same card or account that placed the order. We're unable to redirect a refund to a different card, but your bank handles that transfer automatically once we process it.
How long it takes
After your refund is approved, it typically appears within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider. We'll send you an email confirmation the moment the refund is issued on our end.
Subscription billing & how to avoid a charge
Subscription renewals are charged just before each shipment goes out, and every renewal carries the same 365-day guarantee. If you'd rather not be charged for an upcoming order at all, the easiest path is to cancel or skip it before your renewal date — in two clicks from your account, with no phone calls. And if a renewal has already been charged and shipped, you're still covered by the full guarantee and can request a refund.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@emberandbody.com with your order number, or start it yourself from your account. We'll send a prepaid return label and take it from there — quickly, and without making you justify it. A full year to feel it, or every order back. That's the whole policy.
