The 365-day money-back guarantee
Take EMBER every day for up to 365 days. If your mornings aren't easier, your joints don't feel better, or you simply change your mind, we'll refund you in full — and we pay the return shipping. This applies to every order you place with us, not just your first. No fine print, no restocking fees, no hoops.

How to start a return
It takes two minutes. Either way, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label so it costs you nothing to send anything back.

- Email returns@emberandbody.com with your order number and we'll set it up for you
Opened or unopened — both count
You can't know if something works without actually trying it, so we don't ask you to. Whether the pouch is sealed or you're halfway through it, you're fully eligible for a refund. Go ahead and finish the bottle if you need to — the guarantee still stands.
How and when you're refunded
Once we receive and approve your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method. It typically lands within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. We'll email you the moment it's on its way back to you.
Exchanges, damaged, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, we'll replace it free — no need to return the original. Just email returns@emberandbody.com with your order number and a quick photo, and a fresh one is on its way.
Subscription orders
Every subscription shipment carries the same 365-day guarantee as any other order. To avoid an upcoming charge entirely, simply cancel or skip from your account before your next renewal date — it's two clicks, with no phone calls. And if a subscription order has already shipped and you'd like to return it, the full guarantee still applies.
